Sometimes this fixes problems as excess dust inside a machine can create problems and also damage internal components. We also offer you the opportunity to have your machine cleaned and serviced regularly as this will extend and protect it’s life and keep your computers’ components in better condition.
*Replace damaged parts
e.g. Hard Drives, DVD and CD burners, RAM, Motherboards etc. We keep most parts on hand.
* Check for and remove viruses and trojans.
Even some well known virus scanners miss them.
* Reload/Reinstall Operating System and Programs
This is often a last resort option when your computer hardware has tested okay but your computer is still running slow. A fresh install of your operating sytem and programs will make your computer run faster. We will also backup and transfer your data during this process.
* Broadband setups for Business and Home User clients
If you cannot configure your internet connection Garry can call out to your home or business and set it up for you. Please ensure your line has been activated for ADSL and that you have your username and password for your Broadband Account. Please note that Wireless Internet Connections are not secure unless you set additional security, e.g. WEP Keys. Garry can ensure your security settings are configured correctly.
* Network setups for Business and Home users.
If you wish to add another computer to your existing network, or establish a home or business network, Garry can advise and assist on all aspects of SOHO Networking.
* Software Support
Advise and assist with all software issues, e.g. Windows XP, Vista, Microsoft Office, Spyware, Adaware and Anti Virus Programs.

Our new machines’ internal components often carry an extended Warranty, beyond 12 months. This is because the component manufacturers offer these warranties and we pass that onto you. If any of these parts need replacing, we are usually able to replace it immediately, meaning you do not have to send your computer away if something goes wrong during the warranty period. Try and get that type of service from some of the big retailers!
When Garry rebuilds used computers, he does not use parts that are faulty. All internal components are thoroughly tested before hand. Machines are cleaned to remove dust. We get very few of our second hand machines back for repairs because Garry is committed to selling quality, reliable, second hand computers.
