Why We Build Our Own Systems
So many of the ‘off the shelf’ systems sold in major retailers are mass produced. We have found that many of the new systems sold by retail stores just aren’t lasting like they did a few years ago. We know because customers bring them to us for repair.
One of the advantages of buying a system from us if that if anything did go wrong during the warranty period it can be fixed locally. You don’t have to drive to the other side of town to a service center, or talk to a call center on the other side of the world to get some help.
We honor all the manufacturer and component warranties in our computers and if anything does go wrong we’ll repair your system (usually on the same day you bring it in). We figure if you are good enough to trust us with your computer, the best we can do is fix it ahead of all of our other priorities. That said, not a lot goes wrong with our new systems. Computers that Garry built five years ago are still operational!
Clean And Service Available
Computer users can help extend their new computer’s life by getting it cleaned and serviced at least every year. In our hot dusty climate your computer is sucking in air to stay cool, and as a result, the dust in the air also gets into the system case. Without regular cleaning system components get covered in dust and all sorts of problems can occur.
We give you a free clean and service on your new computer, 12 months after you purchased it.
After that we recommend you bring it back in every year and get it cleaned by our qualified technician.
